Configure the new endpoint in the certification environment

Go supply customers can configure the endpoint for AgencyUSB/ ExtranetUSB using customer settings. At the moment Console supports one endpoint only. If you wish to add multiple endpoints, please contact our support team at go.help@derbysoft.net to configure them for you. 

You may renew the endpoint in the certification environment by clicking the Save button. 

Configure the endpoint in the production environment

If you want to renew the endpoint in the production environment, you need to first apply for authorization for renewal by sending a request to go.help@derbysoft.net. 

The support team will review the request and you should receive an email with the renewed token.
