What's New

Configure Preferred Distributor ID per Connection

Go Suppliers can now configure a preferred Distributor Code per connection. Once self-configured and approved by an admin, all Distributor IDs in Hotel, ARI, Live Check, and Reservation messages will be replaced with the configured value. This allows suppliers to receive transactions from multiple distributor channels under a single preferred Distributor ID.

Your Benefit:

This is especially useful for suppliers serving customers with multiple Distributor IDs, such as those running both GO3 and GO4 channels and unable to fully migrate in the short term. It gives you more flexibility to manage and adapt to different channels, removes the need to maintain multiple Distributor IDs, and simplifies handling across shopping, booking, and cancellation flows.
